Focused on Building a stronger, United Community

-Neville Watson, Candidate for Jubilee Ward
A Devoted Family Man and Community Advocate
I am a husband, father, and grandfather with a deep commitment to helping our community thrive. With experience in sales, education, and as a life coach, I am dedicated to supporting people from all walks of life
With a rich history in sales, marketing, and training, I transitioned into education, where my passion lies in championing the potential of Neurodiverse (SEN) learners.
As an educator, behaviour and intervention specialist, I am dedicated to creating pathways for success and well-being. My expertise extends to life coaching, with a focus on sports and holistic wellness.
My commitment to societal growth is evident in my volunteer work as a community mentor, where I partner with families to help them navigate life’s challenges.
I envision a vibrant, interconnected community where collaboration is the cornerstone. Schools, businesses, faith groups, and residents unite to foster educational excellence, well-being, and meaningful social contributions. I advocate for shared spaces and youth centers that nurture development, supported by a Quid Pro Quo Community Scheme that embodies mutual aid and solidarity.
My Vision for our community
Integrated Community Care Partnership Programme
My dream is to establish a fully integrated Community Care Partnership Programme that brings together the essential pillars of our community to foster a supportive, interconnected Jubilee Ward. This programme is designed to unite:
Schools & Colleges – Empowering our youth with access to education, resources, and mentorship from the wider community.
Businesses – Partnering with local enterprises to create opportunities for employment, skill development, and community investment.
Faith Groups – Offering a foundation of moral and emotional support, bridging cultural gaps and fostering a sense of unity and respect.
Sports & Athletic Clubs – Encouraging health, teamwork, and self-confidence among all age groups.
Gyms & Leisure Centres – Promoting physical wellness and mental health with accessible facilities for every resident.
Engaged ‘Young at Heart’ Over 50s – Celebrating the contributions of our senior residents and involving them actively in community life.
Proactive Parents – Supporting parents as active participants in community-building, with resources to help them and their children thrive.
Charitable Organizations – Collaborating with charities to ensure resources reach those in need and strengthen our social safety net.
Police – Building trust and safety through community policing, helping make our streets secure for everyone.
Accessible Community Walk-In Centres – Providing easy access to essential services and advice for every resident.
Primary Care Networks – Ensuring our community has robust healthcare support, from routine check-ups to mental health resources.
This initiative is designed to weave a tapestry of support, empowering every segment of our society.
My Political Stance
I stand for pragmatic politics, balancing idealism with realism, and recognising the merit in diverse perspectives. I am an advocate for integrity in political service, believing that true representation intertwines the interests of leaders with those of their constituents.
A community’s strength is measured by the support it offers its most vulnerable members. With over four decades of advocacy, I remain steadfast in my mission to amplify the voices of the unheard, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to be seen and heard.
